The WOSP provides a platform for aspiring and professional musicians to connect with like-minded artists to collaborate, share ideas, and promote their work. The WOSP also allows music related services, such as recording studios and performance venues, to access the network to connect with musicians and market their services. This international network of musicians and services is collectively known as The Hive.

All users of The WOSP are equally valued members of The Hive. The Hive is a community of musicians and services in the music industry eager to connect and collaborate. Users can post their creations on their accounts to market their talents and showcase their collaborations.
